We can often beat industry standards when it comes to fulfilling large wholesale
orders, yet still treating even the smallest with utmost priority and care. Since the
beginning, I have yet to register a single complaint- Not a boast, but a hard won
award of merit in my eyes- thats over 19 years of exceptional customer
satisfaction.
Not only are my items made from the finest materials available to me, but also
with heart- each piece is designed to stand the tests of time, and become
something generations can pass from one to another, In the same fashion and
intent of those before us. Sturdy, and often utilitarian. Pleasing to the eye, and
moreso, the coin purse- I adhere to strict, reasonable percentages for my
profits: this is literally a welcome mat for ALL customers, no matter the walk of
life, and at times, a thorn in the side of much larger commercial companies out
there. I call it an honest living, and a great close to the day.
